£50K Cash Tournament

1. This “£50k Cash Tournament” Promotion is open to players of RegalWins.com who are aged 18 years and over and can view this promotion in the ‘Promos’ section of their account.

6. Players will receive points based on the in-game wins multiplier. The higher the total value of the points received by the player for in-game wins multiplier, the higher the player’s score. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score.

Tournament Terms and Conditions

7. A player must place real money bets with a minimum stake on any participating game.
8. A player will receive points based on the biggest in-game wins multiplier as calculated in the examples below:

• Spin 1: Player wager £1, wins £10 (Win criteria: win/wager * points multiplier = player score. Therefore 10/1*1000 = 10,000) Player score will be 10’000 points.
• Spin 2: Player wagers £1 and wins £5 (5/1*1000 = 5,000, his score will remain at 10,000, as 5,000 is lower than his current score.
• Spin 3: Player wagers £1 and wins £20 (20/1*1000 = 20,000), his score is updated to 20,000 points, replacing the previous score on the leaderboard.  

9. Only the biggest win multiplier will count towards the leaderboard.
10. The prizes will b.e distributed to players based on the final score displayed on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each tournament.

11. This Promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria.
12. When tournament ends, any player in a winning position will receive a win pop-up upon launching any selected games. The pop-up displays their rank and prize, including the cash amount shown in the player’s registered country (if applicable)
13. If a player is offline when the tournament ends, the win pop-up will appear the next time they go online and launch one of the eligible games.
14. Player not in a winning position will not receive a win pop-up. Players can click the 777 icon to view their leaderboard position, points and prize (if applicable).
15. The crediting of the prizes will take place within 72 hours following the end of the Promotional Period. The Promoter will strive to credit the promotional bonuses in a timely manner, however, should any difficulty occur – technical or otherwise, the Promoter may delay or postpone the crediting.

Booster Criteria Terms and Conditions

16. In addition to the biggest win multiplier, players may receive random booster points applied to their tournament score during gameplay:
17. Players can randomly receive extra points based on the number of spins made during the tournament. Example: 1,000 spins = +10,000 points (awarded randomly to qualifying players).
18. Players can randomly receive extra points based on consecutive losing spins. Example: 10 consecutive losing spins = +5,000 points (awarded randomly to qualifying players).
19. Booster awards are determined and granted randomly within participating games during tournament weeks.
20. Booster points have no monetary value and serve only to increase the player’s tournament score.

Prize Drop Terms and Conditions:

21. Prize Drops are awarded at random to active Players. Once a Player places a qualifying spin, they can win up to one Prize Drop per day.
22. Prize Drops are only awarded in Eligible Games.

23. The winning Players will receive an in-game win notification.
24. Prize Drops are awarded daily throughout the Promotion Period.

General Terms and Conditions

27. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
28. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
29. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
30. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
31. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
32. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
33. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
34. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
35. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
36. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
37. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
38. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus pounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
39. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
40. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
