2.       These terms relate to the Regal Wins “Rewards-New Year New You” promotion. (“the Promotion”). 

3.       This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer. 

4.       This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize. 

5.       By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to our standard Regal Wins terms and conditions. 

6.       The promotion will run from Friday 27^th December 2024 at 00:00 and finishes on Sunday 5^th January 2025 at 23:59 UK Time. 

Eligible Players 

7.       Eligible players must be:

Promotion Mechanics 

8.       To take part in this promotion players must opt-in on the promotional page and stake  £50 on any game to get 5 entries into the prize draw. Every additional £50 staked gets a further 5 entries into the draw.

9.       There is no limit on prize draw entries. 

10.  Promotion qualification is based on cash stakes only. Bonus funds do not count towards qualification.

11.  The Promoter will strive to promptly credit promotional bonuses/prizes as of the specified date. However, in the event of any difficulties, whether technical or otherwise, the Promoter reserves the right to delay or postpone the crediting process. In such cases, the crediting will occur within a maximum timeframe of 72 hours from the initial crediting date. 

Prize Draw 

12.  All qualifiers will be automatically entered into a random prize draw on Monday 6th of January 2025 where they stand the chance to win a share of £2000 of Prezzee Voucher as per the prize table below:

13.  This promotion does not guarantee a prize to all customers who meet the qualification criteria. 

14.  The prizes are non-exchangeable, non- transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

15.  It is the player’s responsibility to check that their personal details are up to date.

16.  The vouchers are digital and will be sent within 28 working days to the email address registered to the customer’s account.

17.  Vouchers are valid for 2 years through Prezzee. Once the voucher is exchanged to a brand, there are specific terms and conditions related to the chosen brand. It is the customers responsibility to check these terms and conditions.

Promotion General Terms and Conditions 

18.  The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').

19.  Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

20.  Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding

21.  We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

22.  The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.

23.  Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.

24.  Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.

25.  Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.

26.  We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.

27.  We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.

28.  We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.

29.  We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.

30.  These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
